There is a scene in the movie Erin Brockovich where the titular character is being asked by a client if you're still TECHNICALLY a woman if you got no boobs and no uterus because they were surgically removed and Erin says something like "Sure. A happier woman because no Tampax and no underwire bras."
Not all cis women got breasts or uteruses. FYI, "Donald" --- no, this is not a reference to the current president. It's a completely made up name like the Western Karen meme, unrelated to the Karen people.
