"You'll never be a real woman"
There is a scene in the movie Erin Brockovich where the titular character is being asked by a client if you're still TECHNICALLY a woman if you got no boobs and no uterus because they were surgically removed and Erin says something like "Sure. A happier woman because no Tampax and no underwire bras."
FYI: Not all cis women got breasts or uteruses.
This is probably why conversations I've seen state that it's not possible to define "woman" in a way that includes all cis women and excludes all trans women.
Title is part of the title from a thing on Reddit.
